Ochenta – Veinte (Paseo del Buen Pastor)

Córdoba, Argentina (2025)

The exhibition Ochenta/Veinte, curated by Judith Le Roux with coordination by Nicolás Talone, opened on March 17 at the Fotogalería del Paseo del Buen Pastor in Córdoba. It brings together works by women photographers who have published —or are about to publish— in the Revelad@s section of Tierra Media. The show presents a selection of artists from Córdoba or currently based in the city, whose works engage with gender-related themes in a public space that encourages both interaction and reflection.

Given the diversity and number of works, the exhibition was conceived like a book—each wall a chapter—where artists are grouped by theme to foster dialogue between their pieces.

Issues of gender narrated in the first person take center stage, addressing intimate and critical questions linked to the body, relationships, motherhood, stereotypes, displacement, identity, love, and loss. Through these visual narratives, the artists challenge dominant representations and open up more diverse and inclusive ways of seeing and telling.
